Candace Creations makes personalized cups and tumblers, custom shirts, pins and accessories, laser-engraved gifts, seasonal décor, and other custom crafts. If you have something else in mind, describe it in the custom order form — Candace will let you know what's possible.
How do I request a personalized item?
Fill out the custom order form with your idea, quantity, colors, and any names or dates you'd like included. You can also call (757) 510-1531 or email candacecreations.patte@gmail.com.
Can I submit a reference image?
Yes. The custom order form lets you attach up to two inspiration images or design files (JPG, PNG, WEBP, HEIC, GIF, or PDF), with a combined limit of 7.5 MB. If your files are larger, mention it in your request and Candace can arrange another way to receive them.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on the item, quantity, materials, and the amount of personalization. Candace confirms pricing with you directly after reviewing your request — submitting the form is not a purchase.
Can I request multiple items?
Yes. Enter the quantity you need and describe any differences between items (for example, a different name on each shirt). Candace will confirm what's possible for your order.
How do I discuss delivery or pickup?
Delivery, shipping, and pickup arrangements are discussed with Candace when she follows up on your request. Official fulfillment policies will be posted here once they're established.
When will my order be ready?
Timing depends on the item and how busy the calendar is. If you have a date in mind, add it to the request form. Candace will confirm whether it can be met before your order is accepted.
How will I pay for my order?
Payment arrangements are confirmed with Candace once your order details and price are agreed. Online payments are not yet available on this website, and you should never send card details through the request form.
